Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSSJR31(FIN) be considered engrossed,  advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so

The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSSJR 31(FIN) would be             
held in third reading until the May 2, 1996, calendar.
